Breakfast: 1 bowl of granola

Lunch: 1/2 eggplant sandwich, 1/2 reuben, bag of chips, oatmeal raisin cookie

Dinner: chicken salad bite size sandwich, 1/2 roast beef and ham with swiss cheese and tomatoes sandwich, bag of chips, cookie, slice chocolate cake, mint
