Saturday

Breakfast: blueberries and strawberry yogurt

Lunch: ham and cheese sandwich with mustard, 1/2 of a lime powerade, chocolate chip cookies, potatoe chips

Dinner: red peppers, mushrooms, carrots, jumbo prawns with marinara sauce, salad with dressing, corn on the cob, 1 lobster with melted butter
